Parent Volunteers help our group run.

Here’s a couple of things you can do on a night.

Safety and Safeguarding

If you have any concerns, report them straight away to the designated leader;

Remember you can check the yellow card or poster at any time, or ask one of the adult leaders for guidance.

“What Can I Do To Help?”

Someone should give you a quick rundown of the meeting plan, and specific actions you can take, but there wont always be a particular job that needs doing. Use your judgement to see where you can be most helpful, such as;
➢ Making up jugs of squash
➢ Refereeing a game
➢ Helping a child with the activity
➢ Prep for the next activity (Tables? Craft supplies?)
➢ Gently redirecting children back on task

Don’t be afraid to ask questions if you aren’t sure, and above all,

Get stuck in and Have Fun!
